Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then ship with standard tracked shipping and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Standard tracked shipping only — we don't offer an express option at this time.

Where do the ambient scenes come from?

Straight from the built-in apps — open YouTube and search 'cozy fireplace', 'rainy window' or 'starry sky' and it fills your wall. You can also stream from your phone or plug in via HDMI. No extra purchase needed.

Do I need to mount or drill anything?

No. Set it on a table, shelf or nightstand, point it at a wall or ceiling, and you're done — perfect for rentals.
